Sourced from vines growing on ironstone gravel soil in a sheltered area of our vineyard. This unique terroir provides the perfect conditions for premium Cabernet Sauvignon. After extended skin contact, the wine was basket pressed and aged for 6 months prior to bottling. No fining agents or filtration was [were] used at any stage during the production, resulting in no loss of natural flavours or tannins. The result is a rich and complex wine that has continued to develop in bottle and is now ready for consumption. As a 100% natural wine, it matures more quickly than conventionally made wine and is best consumed within three years or so from vintage. Stored in a cool dark place the wine will remain sound and unspoiled whilst continuing to develop character.
