This agreement is a contract between you (the “customer”) and By Gordo . By Gordo operates under the West Australian Liquor License number: 6180137530; Class of license: 616 and owns the website www.bygordo.com.au and is the supplier of wines via the website.

All orders are processed and distributed by By Gordo.

Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol.

www.bygordo.com.au supports the responsible service of alcohol.

The terms and conditions under which you may purchase products from www.bygordo.com.au are set out below. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with www.bygordo.com.au.

By completing the customer application process and using the www.bygordo.com.au service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

PURCHASE ORDERS & DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery Area
By Gordo provides delivery of goods across Australia. By Gordo does not currently ship to international markets.

Authorised Receipt of Goods
Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by By Gordo to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf.
Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.

RISK AND TITLE
Upon delivery of the goods to the customers chosen address, the risk and title of the goods passes to the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have received from By Gordo contact us or email gordo@www.bygordo.com.au within two weeks of receipt of goods.

Returns: Customer is required to arrange for the return and pay for shipping.

Refunds: For unopened bottles and must be received within 30 days of initial delivery.

PRICE OF GOODS & PAYMENT

Price of Goods
The price the customer will pay for goods ordered will be the price specified on the product list plus delivery fees to ship the goods to the specified destination. All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Price variations do occur, the price paid will be the price quoted on the date of order.

Method of Payment
By Gordo accepts payment by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment must be received in full prior to goods being dispatched.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The material displayed on www.bygordo.com.au is subject to copyright owned by By Gordo and is protected by law. Website visitors must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the logo or graphics associated with the By Gordo brand or any of its sub-brands.

If any unauthorised person uses your password you are liable for their use and you agree to release and forever indemnify By Gordo in relation to any liability howsoever arising out of the unauthorised use of your password.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
By Gordo may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement without notice. In case of a modification, the pre-existing terms and conditions continue to apply to any products ordered via the website before the change takes effect.

PROMOTIONS
By Gordo may offer specials, promotions and discounts on www.bygordo.com.au. These promotions are available only while stocks last unless otherwise advertised.
