DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Our delivery turnaround time ranges from 2 days to 10 days depending on your location. We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship the same day or the following day from when we receive your order.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are unhappy with the quality of your wine you can return unopened bottles to us for a full refund of the purchase price of these bottles. The wine will need to be returned in its original carton within 30 days of delivery and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
BREAKAGES
Our wines are shipped with Australia Post. In the event of a breakage, Australia Post will notify us and we will reimburse the purchase cost to you account for the items broken or send you replacement items as advised by you. You must also notify us within 2 days of receiving the items of any breakages via email.
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received the wrong item, e.g. a Chardonnay instead of a Shiraz please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
